b. Sign the stock purchase and sale contract or investment contract, according to the characteristics of the investment negotiated.

c. Make payment by wire transfer to the account of IAP Holding (Panama) or IAP Holding (USA) after signing the contract.

a. Endorsement and transfer of the shares in favor of the new investor.

b. Registration in the book of investors.

c. Recording of the authorization act in the IAP Holding minutes book.
